Should you arrive outside office hours please advice us asap so that suitable arrangements can be made.

Apartment sizes:
Our cozy apartments are furnished for up to 5 or 7 persons and of 80 - 110m².
Additional beds or cots are available on request.
Should you travel in a bigger group or with several families we are able to provide suitable living arrangements.

Booking:
Your reservation will be confirmed after a deposit of EUR 300,-.

You can also book breakfast & dinner or just breakfast or dinner at an adjacent restaurant.

„Our Speckalm House Rules” to ensure a restful cohabitation:

- Our Speckalm is a “smoke-free zone”. Feel free to smoke outside or on the balconies!
- To ensure a restful sleep we request you adhere to our 10 pm “Quiet Policy”.
- Our Speckalm consists mostly of natural material: TIMBER.
  Therefore we request that you abstain from lighting open fires inside the apartments.
- We also request that you don’t wear ski or hiking boots inside the house.
  Please use the separate entrance to the ski locker room and change into your slippers.

Parking:
2 parking places are available for each apartment, located right in front of the building. Further parking spots are available nearby.

Prices:
Prices are per apartment ( 5 or 7 persons) per week, linen and towels included. In winter the final cleaning fee and electricity consumption charge are included, however you must pay the VAT tax.
In summer you must pay the final cleaning fee, the electricity consumption charge fee and the VAT tax.
Please refer to our price list for the cost of any additional person.

Reception:
Our Speckalm Reception is in the entrance hall and open on Saturdays, during check in times, from 2-6pm.
During the winter season we are also available daily from 8.30am – 5pm at Otto Ski School’s Office, right next door.

Ski cellar:
A large ski storage room is located in the basement. When you return from your action packed skiing or hiking experience, your wet boots will be dried on our heated boot rack dryer, ready for next day’s adventure.

Ski School and Rentals: Our Otto Ski School and Rentals is right next door to us. To make your tracel as care free as possible, you can book your ski lesson and ski equipment from home, online. Please make use of your 5% "Erly Bird Discount"!  online booking

Cancellation Policy:
In case of early departure or late arrival our „no refund policy” applies. If you cancel your reservation we charge a fee of EUR 150.00. Bookings may be cancelled or changed up to 12 weeks prior to arrival. If you cancel 12-6 weeks prior to arrival we charge 50% and from 6 weeks or less 100%.We highly recommend a Travel Cancellation Insurance Policy to ovoid unforeseen consequences.

Supermarket:
A small ADEG Supermarket is located right opposite the Speckalm catering for all important food and household items.
