Cancellation Policy:
In case of early departure or late arrival our „no refund policy” applies. If you cancel your reservation we charge a fee of EUR 150.00. Bookings may be cancelled or changed up to 12 weeks prior to arrival. If you cancel 12-6 weeks prior to arrival we charge 50% and from 6 weeks or less, prior to arrival, 100%.We highly recommend a Travel Cancellation Insurance Policy to avoid unforeseen consequences.

If you overstay we unfortunately have to charge you 100% of the weekly price.

New: We request a deposit of EUR 300, 00 per apartment, to consider your booking as binding.

If your payment has not been made on time we relet the apartment to other guests.
